Transactional Associate Attorney (M&A) – Dallas, Texas

Amazing opportunity for a stellar Transactional Associate Attorney in Dallas, Texas! We are seeking a transactional attorney with 4-10 years of complex commercial transactional experience. M&A, healthcare, regulatory, and/or HIPPA experience is a big plus! The firm provides support in a friendly, team-oriented environment that allows for immediate responsibility and growth potential. Qualifications:

• Experience in M&A preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of complex commercial transactional experience
• Journal, moot court, or mock trial experience is preferred.
• Seeking complex commercial transactional experience, including drafting and negotiations of purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, leases mortgages, and other general corporate matters.
