Summary

DLA Piper is seeking an Associate to join our growing Litigation group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, superior research and writing skills, experience drafting discovery, motions, and pleadings, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, and will be able to present and argue motions and take/defend depositions as clients and case needs permit. Applicants should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and must be licensed to practice in Texas.
