We are seeking a professional line cook to join our team at a high volume brewery. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and work area. As a line cook, you will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen and the timely delivery of food orders.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and specifications

- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards

- Coordinate food orders with the head chef and other kitchen staff

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

- Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Assist in the development of new menu items

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- At least 2 years of experience working as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant or brewery

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
