Job Description
Blue Hill at Stone Barns is seeking Line Cooks for our busy Events Department in Westchester County.
Line Cooks in the Events Department are responsible for preparation and execution of meals for corporate functions, weddings, and other events of up to 250 guests. This position requires work in the evenings and on weekends.
Qualified candidates are curious, dedicated, and should possess a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen procedure, protocol and methods
  • At least one year of restaurant or catering experience preferred, including the use of professional kitchen equipment
  • Attention to cleanliness and food safety protocols
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with others
