Legal Intake Specialist Jobs

$20 hourly

What you will do as an intake specialist:

• You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• We expect our candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems.
• You will be using our brand-new law firm software called Litify, and all Windows programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• You will interview 100+ potential clients a day on the phone, over e-mail, and through text messaging.

• High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Previous legal experience a plus
• Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must
• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
• Strong computer and data entry skills
