  • Location: Malden

  • Attend hearings and take notes.
  • Use computer databases (e.g., Westlaw) to search and retrieve records and research as necessary.
  • Work with the magistrates to prepare for hearings and draft decisions.
  • Ability to write clearly
  • Prior experience in litigation is highly desired.
  • Degree in Law
  • Assist in drafting detailed findings and rulings.
