Digital Business Operations Analyst Jobs

1-5 years of selling experience and leading teams.

Experience promoting software and technology products in agriculture

Agriculture experience or background preferred

5 years of experience supporting digital solutions for a law firm or corporate law group

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Legal functional operations of key Law anchor applications including training and managing functional support ticket queues

Fluent with O365 suite of tools

Working directly with end users

Providing training and creating training materials

Requirements gathering for application software changes, gathering and analysis of business needs and user voice

Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)

Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Snowflake, MySQL, PowerBI, converting data into insights, database querying and Salesforce
