POSITION BRIEF:
SRS Real Estate Partners is a fast-paced commercial real estate firm with excellent growth potential in the highly competitive commercial real estate industry. We are seeking a Leasing/Transaction Coordinator for our Phoenix office who shares our passion for analyzing financial, economic, and commercial real estate data for key market trends and client needs.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and meticulously organized to help our team implement our vision. This position will be responsible for a broad range of administrative project management responsibilities from concept to completion, essentially, a position with overall management of our clients and deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transaction Support:
- Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
- Due diligence coordination and tracking of real estate transactions.
- Responsible for document file management and maintaining various property databases.
- Coordinate and correspond with all transaction parties, including clients, brokers, title companies, lenders, surveyors, and/or governmental agencies.
- Analyze transactions and prepare summaries as needed.
- Administration and tracking of commercial real estate transactions from engagement to closing, and post-closing follow-up.
- Ability to evaluate and improve current processes proactively and creatively.
- Review and analyze legal documents.
- Prepare presentations, lease analysis, and reports related to real estate transactions.
- Review and abstract details of leases, purchase and sale agreements, title reports, surveys, and related transactional documents.
- Coordinate with GIS mapping team to collect necessary materials for packages and tours.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and other necessary transaction related site visits.
- Timely execution of special projects.
- Manage a pipeline of projects and assist research analysts with market aerial map creation as well as demographic and traffic count research as needed.
Leasing / Marketing Support:
- Create business development and social media initiatives.
- Coordinate tours for prospective clients as directed by the broker team.
- Prepare deal documents including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, leasing status reports, and clients/prospect correspondence, with direction from brokers.
- Assist in the development of programs and materials which may include marketing packages, tour books, aerials, and presentations for site submittals, property listings, growing retailer clients, and business development pitches.
- Updating marketing packages with some design work, preferably through InDesign as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graphic design using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and internet marketing a plus (i.e. screenshots, storyboarding and mock-ups ready to hand-off to marketing team for final drafting)
- Strong organizational, time management and planning skills
- Familiarity with and understanding of standard real estate documents preferred, such as REA’s, easements and restrictive covenants, estoppel certificates and leases (preferred) Effective at multi-tasking and quickly prioritizing in a fast-paced and professional work environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to reach out to existing clients requesting information and following up with current transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning various other programs
- Problem-solving, analytical and research skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Willing to work occasional overtime to accommodate time sensitive matters
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
