As a Leasing agent, you would serve as the primary contact you will serve as the primary contact for our residents and prospects by leasing apartments, coordinating resident activities, and building and maintaining resident relations. The Leasing Agent is a dream job for the right person, and if you are passionate about providing customer satisfaction and skilled in sales and service, you could find yourself a long-term home with Wasatch!

What does your day look like as a leasing professional? You will be responsible for greeting customers daily, explaining our pricing and models, showing our apartment communities, and helping close and follow up on customer leads. Your tasks would also include helping to coordinate marketing efforts. You will be a critical member in bringing our leasing team to the next level.

The pay range for this position is $16.50-$20.50 per hour plus monthly leasing bonus potential.
