Primary Function of Position:


The Learning Innovation Product Manager will support the planning and development of innovative programs and learning solutions for the Professional Education & Program Services (PEPS) organization globally. The Learning Innovation Product Manager will be responsible for analyzing customer needs, markets trends, and the competitive landscape to inform the development of future forward learning solutions. He/she will be responsible for developing the learning solutions value framework to inform and enable our learning innovation strategy and work with cross-functional teams to drive development and execution.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop the business requirements and key specifications for learning technologies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Work with vendors as needed to execute and deliver on the product roadmap
  • Define key performance indicators for new learning solutions to monitor adoption, customer satisfaction and business ROI to improve customer experience and success.
  • Drive go-to-market activities to support solution launch
  • Conduct research to gather customer requirements and key market insights to support strategy development for differentiated solution development in support of the PEPS strategic priorities
  • Execute on upstream activities to capture value proposition, strategic roadmap definition, and claims development.
  • Based on research and evaluation findings support the evolution of learning solutions and education technology strategic roadmap.
  • Participate or lead field testing, pilots, VoC engagements, KOL meetings, etc. to develop deep understanding of the opportunities and needs and inform the development of differentiated positioning for proposed solutions.
  • Partner with PEPS, Future Forward, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Human Factors, and Support Teams to support needs assessment, solution definition, requirements development, messaging, customer segmentation, evidence generation, etc.
  • Develop business cases to support investment in learning product development; articulate the overall strategy and value proposition for proposed solutions in enabling the PEPS strategic priorities
  • Research new and emerging technologies in healthcare customer training programs identifying potential applications to meet business needs; keep up to date with market and technology trends and competitive offerings
  • Partner with marketing to enable messaging, claims and go to market collateral
  • Support learning product management needs for the PEPS Learning Products and Innovation team


Qualifications


Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:


  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and healthcare roles
  • Ability to evaluate “voice of customer” data and apply that data to service and product development opportunities
  • Detail-oriented to complete precise data analysis
  • Experience gathering business and customer requirements and translating into product requirements
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management or product marketing roles, preferably in healthcare technology related roles
  • Critical thinking skills to assess all available information and determine the marketing strategy that is best for a company
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters’ degree in healthcare, educational technology or business-related studies preferred
  • Experience in using clinical and/or business literature to evaluate practices; use of evidence-based principles to determine best course of action
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Proven expertise in developing marketing strategies related to learning technology programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex customer facing projects with multiple stakeholders worldwide
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to gather and interpret significant amounts of data to make business recommendations
  • Project management experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various healthcare, technical, business stakeholder, and leadership audiences
  • Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.


Base Salary Range Region 1:$156,800 - $225,600


Base Salary Range Region 2: $133,300 - $191,800


Shift: Day


Travel: 25% of the time
