Cisco Meraki - Product Manager, Meraki Learning Ux

Cisco Meraki is seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager to lead the evolution of our learning user experience!

The Product Enablement (PE) department is a highly interdisciplinary part of Cisco Meraki. We craft world class enablement experiences for Meraki customers and partners globally that build knowledge and create passion among participants. We do this by developing and delivering learning solutions that make Cisco Meraki technologies more accessible to everyone.

In this position you will be responsible for developing the front-end user interface and overall user experience for Meraki learners. You will work closely with UX researchers to understand and validate user needs; articulate and own our feature roadmap; and partner with design and development team members to build engaging and learner-centric experiences. You will also keep us agile, identifying and focusing the team on the highest impact features to build.

Your Responsibilities In This Role

• Build consistent alignment and passion across the Product Enablement team and Meraki organization around our learner experience vision.
• Define the end-state vision for Meraki’s front-end learning platform, the Meraki Learning Hub, and set a clear roadmap for how we will achieve it.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the edtech landscape both externally and within Cisco.
• Lead quarterly roadmap prioritization.
• Guide and drive timely delivery of new Learning Hub features and enhancements. Ensure our research, design, and development teams are working toward the same goals.
• Own learner experience success metrics and report-outs.
• Actively discover and represent the learning experience needs of Meraki customers and partners.

WHO YOU ARE

• Take an analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Highly knowledgeable about user experience design, learner experience platforms, and have experience working in large B2B or SaaS settings.
• Have a "can do" demeanor and an ability to make a difference.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a Product Management role, preferably in edtech or with front-end applications for learning.
• Passionate about understanding and advocating for the needs of your user.
• A strong bias for action.
• Expert at translating complicated or ambiguous concepts into simple ideas.
• Have a strong sense of vision.
• A leader with outstanding interpersonal skills capable of motivating a diverse team.
