Independently responsible for the solicitation, growth, and development of new and existing financing and leasing business in your sales territory through effective personal relationships with prospective vendors and end-users (“clients”), to achieve planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration, and profitability. Candidates must live within driving proximity to the airport.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Target the specialized vertical market of healthcare
2. Establish credentials as an effective regional sales professional through increasing company revenue by meeting and exceeding sales quotas
3. Make outbound calls weekly to schedule meetings with vendors and end-user clients
4. Travel regularly to complete customer/vendor appointments, and attend industry trade-shows, etc
5. Develop strong external and internal relationships
6. Focus on growing new and existing accounts
7. Proven skills for developing meaningful relationships/partnerships
8. Prospect and close vendors and direct user business producing originations while maintaining LEAF’s value and standards
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements :
- Must have excellent territory management skills
- Dynamic and confident individual with strong negotiation abilities and highly skilled at achieving profitability
- A customer following and specialty in healthcare market where service and relationship are key factors
- Equipment leasing and healthcare sales experience preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare vertical market preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and track record of successfully being a self-starter working remotely
- Must be willing and able to travel and have a demonstrated past history as a Sales Rep
- Must have strong technical skills with CRM and systems (preferably SalesForce), strong structuring, pricing, and prefer
