Leadership Development Facilitator Jobs

We have an opportunity in the Education, Training & Development department as a Leadership Development Facilitator. In this role, you will design and deliver learning programs to support individual, team and organizational development for ACE. This position consults with managers throughout ACE to facilitate development and problem-solving sessions for intact and cross-functional teams. The Leadership Development Facilitator will provide one-on-one coaching and feedback for managers, including interpretation of various employment assessment results, application to everyday work settings and behavioral action planning.
The position requires successful completion of Dale Carnegie AAA Leadership Development and Sales Coaching curriculum certification as determined by a Dale Carnegie Master Trainer.
The scope of this job requires travel nationwide for up to 2-6 weeks at a time to support our expanding infrastructure. Occasionally some evenings and/or weekend training may be required.
Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the process management improvement program for the organization.
• Checking voice mail every day, checking and responding to e-mail in a timely manner and other administrative duties.
• Leading group meetings/training refreshers.
• Cross-skilling in the operations of ACE business units to keep abreast of organization goals and strategies.
• Keeping abreast of developments in organizational and leadership development through professional affiliations and certifications.
• Facilitating training and coaching one-on-ones via web-conferencing and in face-to-face settings.
• Facilitating the development of managers and other future leaders with a focus on business goals and culture.
• Mentoring and developing other Training Specialists and Senior Training Specialists in ET&D.
• Effectively managing travel and other expenses, completing all monthly reports on time.
• Participating in special organization learning and development projects as they are made available.
• Bringing new and innovative approaches from contemporary adult learning theory to programs
• Facilitating comprehensive, competency-based leadership training.

Qualifications:

• Certificates from ASTD or similar organizations preferred.
• SPHR preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of work experience in facilitating material to diverse groups in multiple time zones including management and executives.
• Intermediate skills with using Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand and remain flexible when priorities and projects suddenly change.
• Experience in leadership and management coaching/facilitation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with, and to seek input from, a wide range of parties in multiple locations with various job functions, inside and outside of AAA.
• Customer service orientation essential. Use of personal vehicle and good driving record.

The starting pay range for this position is $74,000 - $98,600 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
