Lead Ux Researcher / Designer

They're looking for a User Researcher Lead to establish and run our client's user research efforts if you're passionate about understanding what drives users' decisions, improving their user experience, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction or a process through user research.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, control, and execute a research strategy to validate our ideas and inform product and design decisions.
• Conduct and help facilitate user research studies.
• Develop and maintain a database of your findings to be shared and leveraged across the organization.
• Analyse and extrapolate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams in a digestible way.
• Take a leading role in developing user personas and promoting their adoption across the company.
• Develop and track metrics that help measure the success of your user research efforts.

Requirements for the Role:

• 5+ years of user research experience for web, mobile, and software applications.
• Proven experience applying a user-centered design process to project work.
• Comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops with cross-functional project teams.
• Proven expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in user research tools and software such as Sprig, Usertesting.com, Maze, etc.
• You're a creative problem solver who is both user and UX-minded.
• Practical experience and demonstrated skills in UX research, such as conducting studies, analyzing data, and communicating findings and suggestions to cross-functional teams.

The role will be based in their new office in Brickell, Miami (Hybrid/3 days onsite). They pay a competitive salary between $125,000 - $170,000 + excellent benefits.
