Job Description
Role: UI/UX Designer


Location: Berkley Heights, NJ (3 days onsite)


Client: Fiserv/Apexon


  • Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.
  • Knowledge and experience in Information Architecture, User Interface Design, and Visual Design along with related best practices.
  • 10+ Overall industry experience with 4+ years of experience in UX design
  • Ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback.
  • Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.
  • A solid UX design process focused on outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or other design or prototyping tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade others of your good ideas.


What Would Be Great To Have


  • Experience in working with business leaders on the implications of architectural decisions.
  • Experience in working and presenting with the product and other engineering stakeholders.
  • A constant thirst to learn and grow. Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team and learn from them.
  • Expertise in Fintech Payment or Fraud
