The Lead Customer Service Representative (B2C) will assist the Customer Service Supervisor to drive service level, sales, and operational efficiency through Customer Service Representatives to provide best in class service in alignment to the COE operational master plan. This role will also act as a Supervisor in-capacity in the absence of the existing Customer Service Supervisor. This is a remote-based opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales floor to resolve employee and customer concerns and provide upward feedback/ideas.
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by direct Manager.
  • Support team development through ongoing coaching, continuous training, and career development and regular performance evaluations.
  • Achieve club operational standards; performance review, quality of service, call quality (spot checks), escalation time, Nessoft accuracy, occupancy, 1:1, AUX Report.
  • Proactively manage customer feedback and understand/ overcome customer dissatisfaction.
  • Complete NTF reviews and coaching.
  • Be customer obsessed - putting the customer at the heart of our business and falling in love with their problems.
  • Conduct one on ones and host team meetings.
  • Perform and drive Representatives to exceed key objectives in sales and service.

Requirements:
  • Prior Supervisory or Management experience is highly desired.
  • Current or prior experience with project management preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines and ability to multi-task.
  • Must have strong time management, organizational and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and analytical skills, as well as strong sales techniques, with the ability to resolve customer escalations.
  • Must have full availability to be able to work days, evenings and weekends (Saturdays).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
  • 2+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10% based on the needs of the team and the business.

The approximate pay range for this position is $45,000 to $72,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
