Overview A Customer Service Representative Lead is a professional who is responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing excellent customer service. The Lead is responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and that customer satisfaction is maintained. The Lead is also responsible for training and developing customer service representatives, and for providing feedback and guidance to the team. Detailed Job Description The Customer Service Representative Lead is responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing excellent customer service. The Lead is responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and that customer satisfaction is maintained. The Lead is also responsible for training and developing customer service representatives, and for providing feedback and guidance to the team.
