Laboratory Technician, Qc Jobs

Kashiv BioSciences, LLC. is a fully integrated biosciences company with an expanded and dynamic platform for growth including advanced drug delivery technologies, biosimilars, prodrugs, and a large development pipeline. We are looking for an experienced Lab Technician to join our Piscataway, NJ Quality Control team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify the inventory of chemicals/reagents/consumables and place orders as needed
• Clean work benches in the Laboratory and organize the lab benches
• Keep the Laboratory working area clean
• Removes laboratory waste from the respective bins
• Performs other functions as required or assigned
• Assists the supervisor with routing documentation activities with the other departments
• Clean Laboratory Glassware and organize the glassware in designated racks
• Assists the Lab Supervisor/Manger with pulling the samples from the respective storage conditions once testing completed and COA generated and places them in destruction
• Assists the Laboratory reviewer with organizing the QC Documentation Room
• Receive chemicals/reagents and assign the Expiration dates as per the SOP and keep organized
• Receiving of Laboratory consumables and organizing them in the laboratory/designated area
• Organize chemicals/reagents in the Laboratory, in designated area
• Coordinates with the Engineering team to schedule for waste pickup
• Periodically verify the expiration dates for the chemicals/reagents and remove from usage
• Complies with all company policies and standards
• Assists the Supervisor with sending samples to outside testing laboratories
• Assists the stability coordinator with pulling/loading stability samples by affixing the labels

Requirements:

Education: High School Graduate

Special Skills: 1 or 2 years of Working experience in Laboratory as a technician

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

General work environment and physical demands as required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Some travel may be involved.
