About the opportunity:

Your responsibilities:


  • Work with local support service departments (e.g., HR, purchasing, IT, controlling etc.) and admin teams
  • Travel to other Sony sites and international conferences
  • People management for Sony AI teams in the US and Canada
  • Close collaboration with project managers at other Sony AI labs and with global leadership


You will have:


  • Experience with international teams & projects is a plus
  • Experience with agile project management methods is a plus
  • Experience with research teams is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Experience with robotics and hardware projects is a plus
  • Track record of successful leadership in a line management position
  • Background in science or engineering
  • Experience with software development is a plus

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $130,000 to $175,000.This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
