Role and Responsibilities:
The MTA Quality Manager will be responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. The QM role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel and external personnel to produce and document a quality product and project.
- Maintain and update Quality Manuals.
- Prepare the Contractor Quality Programs and Quality Work Plans.
- Perform Inspections on Incoming Materials and Construction Activities.
- Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.
- Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately, and are installed and acceptable for use in the project.
- Prepare and maintain Quality Checklists, forms, and reports.
- Report to executive management on the performance of the Quality system and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively confronts any non-conformance to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner.
- Establish and implement quality system in order to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work.
- Create, update, and maintain the project submittal log and all other project specific quality control reports.
- Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect safety, quality and/or inhibit the logical progress of work.
Skill & Experience Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Quality experience. (5+ years)
- Relevant MTA Quality experience
Education & Certifications Requirements:
- OSHA 30

Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated hourly wage for this position is $65.00 – $70.00 plus annual bonuses and full benefits.
