Kitchen Prep - The Realm Location

Grimaldi's Pizzeria is Hiring for Kitchen Prep/Salad Cooks!

The goal of our employees is to create an extraordinary experience for all our guests, and our back-of-house employees are a critical component of this process. You are responsible for receiving, preparing, and presenting the high-quality food items that Grimaldi’s is known for and exceed our guest’s expectations. A Kitchen Prep/ Salad Cook prepares ingredients for the pizza line while making salads for our guests.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of food items such as salads, and pizza toppings to the Grimaldi's Pizzeria Standards.
• Keep the kitchen and prep area clean and organized.
• Cut, chop, and slice various ingredients according to recipe specifications.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure that all food items are safe for consumption.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Prior Experience in a kitchen or food preparation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• A valid food handlers card.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
