Job Description

Our fast paced, scratch, high volume kitchen looking for an experienced line cook with expertise in effectively training and managing kitchen staff. We use high quality fresh ingredients and take pride in going the extra mile to give our guest the best experience in Big Bear!

  • 85% of time spent cooking and maintaining proper kitchen sanitation/organization standards.
  • 15% of time spent scheduling, supervising order/inventory and other administrative kitchen duties.
