Mangino Chevrolet has an immediate opening for a KBB ICO Coordinator in our Amsterdam location. If you are a professional, self-motivated, goal driven, customer-centric individual who has experience dealing with customers and are seeking a new challenge, then we have the RIGHT opportunity for you. Customer service and sales experience is required; Pay structure rewards for achieving individual and team goals, and is salary plus commissions.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Possess the ability to process finance paperwork and accounting
• Respond to online inquiries from customers looking to sell/trade vehicles to the dealership
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle purchases/sales
• Meet and greet customers; appraise and make formal offers
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Available to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Maintain customer contact and records within the CRM
• Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Utilize KBB program as required and educate customers on the options available with this program
• Make outbound calls to generate appointments
• Develop relationships with clients and customers and lead them through the acquisition process
• Report directly to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Follow-up with clients to ensure success referral business

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with VIN solutions, E-Leads, and CRM systems
• Bilingual is a plus
• Sales/Customer Service Experience
