Working directly with influencers and/or Collectively's Community team, curate and manage influencer recommendations to meet clients' objectives

Manage the workload of one or more Associate Producers, assigning project-related tasks and delivering feedback

Someone to process, upload, edit and manage the photo and video assets for a wide variety of distribution channels and clients.

Proficiency in color correction, audio and voice mixing, motion graphics and visual storytelling skills

Experience assisting established photographers is a plus.

A portfolio demonstrating expertise in studio lighting portraitures as well as reportage.

You are highly creative, can work with given direction, and have a proven track record of capturing iconic cultural content.

Drive image workflow process from identification of need to archiving.

Assemble asset and content needs with Creative staff, Producers, image traffic, and traffic.

Manage creative development for Creative campaigns across product marketing, content marketing, community marketing, brand, DEI, and more.

Manage external partners through RFP, contract, and production phases of work.

Manage appropriate archiving and recording of assets and corresponding usage documentation. Ensure usage of production assets is handled correctly.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience producing creative work at a brand, product, and/or at an agency.

Experience with production across photography, illustration, animation, and film.

Digital asset management of photo & video, including the tracking of final asset usage

Retouching and editing experience, including color corrections, resizing assets, adjusting crops, and light video editing capabilities.

Experience and knowledge utilizing a wide variety of banks, databases, and agencies for stock, archival, and high-end portraiture needs.

Experience with creative direction, and post methodologies for photography and video, preferably in the editorial space.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in live events / entertainment / theatre / production (Bachelor's degree preferred)
