College degree or equivalent practical experience in game development, production/project management, or other relevant discipline.

Manage relationships and delivery schedules of outside vendors while acting as a coordination and communication conduit for any assigned initiatives.

Experience with Unreal Game Engine.

Experience collaborating with licensors and/or filmmakers; as well as with outsourcing, working with external vendors and partners.

Ensure that assigned game, team, and feature goals determined by the Senior/Executive Producers are being met, with a clear project schedule.

Assist the production team in identifying, tracking, and actively mitigating issues that could put project goals or schedule at risk.

Experience with remote recording software such as Zoom, Squadcast or Riverside

Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of sports stories, trends and newsmakers; identifies and books relevant guests for show appearances.

Minimum 5 years of experience in podcast, digital or broadcast production

Experience as a solo field producer
