Junior Legal Counsel Jobs

Job Overview:We seek a Junior Legal Counsel to support our in-house legal operations. This role demands proactive problem-solving and involves working with internal and external stakeholders on various tasks.

Responsibilities:

●Review commercial contracts such as trading terms and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) during supplier/partner onboarding.

●Handle legal aspects of the onboarding process for new employees and contractors.

●Support legal procedures in onboarding new exchanges, including Know Your Customer

(KYC) procedures.

●Draft internal documents, including fund document updates, incorporation papers, and

compliance manuals.

●Support legal procedures in capital raising activities.

●Offer legal assistance for offshoring projects.

●Coordinate and communicate with agents and external counsel on regulatory, KYC, visa

matters, etc.

●Prepare legal documents, including regulatory business plans, incorporation documents,

and operating agreements.

●Review and summarize legal documents.

●Participate in planning sprints for legal projects.

●Work with the finance team on legal activity budgeting.

●Conduct legal research on topics relevant to our operations in the digital asset industry.

●Undertake additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

●Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

●Have 1-3 years of legal experience, ideally in the technology or financial services

industry.

●Understand corporate law and legal principles related to technology and finance.

●Possess strong research and analytical skills.

●Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

●Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

●Show familiarity with or interest in the digital asset industry.
