Legal Counsel Positions Coming Soon!

CONMED will be opening two positions on our Legal team in the near future! We will be hiring for an Associate Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel position.

Our Legal Counsel position will be a key member of the Legal Leadership team. They will manage risk, provide guidance to the leadership teams, and assist with highly visible and strategic projects to help strengthen CONMED’s sourcing agreement and processes as well as general legal support for these functions. In addition, they will seek to continuously improve the legal services provided while enhancing efficiency by developing an understanding of the business needs and stakeholder perspectives through leveraging internal and external legal experts to identify potential legal implications and solutions.

Our Associate Legal Counsel will be the Legal Business Partner to the Operations Organization. As such, the Associate will be the primary legal contact for the Operations organization and will work collaboratively to develop a legal strategy in support of the functional strategy and goals. The Associate will seek to continuously improve the legal service provided while enhancing efficiency by developing an understanding of business needs and stakeholder perspectives and through leveraging internal and external legal experts to identify potential legal implications and solutions.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this future position may be 100,000 to145,000 or 120,000 to 225,000 based on level and experience. This is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
