We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. For this, you need to have a keen eye for design, strong creative problem-solving skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be designing a wide variety of projects across print and digital media. Reporting into the Senior Design Manager, you’ll be a self-starter, striving to deliver exceptional creative, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting edge visuals.
• Maintain design consistency and brand integrity across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Attract new users through creative assets including ads, email campaigns, product launches, content marketing, social, blogs, sales decks, postcards, booth graphics, brochures and website.
• Fulfill ongoing creative needs of the organization and participate actively in strategic planning meetings.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Develop visual assets needed for additional product lines and continued international expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 2+ years' experience as a graphic designer in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Ability to take in and clarify objectives and goals of clients, having a client-service mindset.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Fintech experience is nice-to-have, but not required.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Agency or corporate design experience required.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, and composition.

• General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains
