The Role:

Freelance Graphic Designer

This is a contract role. This position would be remote (preference will be provided to a freelancer located in the Oak Park or Forest Park area)

The Objective:

The Freelance Graphic designer will be responsible for creating visuals for Kribi Coffee's marketing needs.

In-Store:

• Digital Menu Screens
• Printed Posters
• Large Outdoor A-frames
• Table Cards
• + more

Digital:

• Image Editing
• Website Hero Images
• + more
• Social Posts

Freelance responsibilities may change at anytime and may increase or decrease as the company grows.

The Responsibilities:

• Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of your work.
• Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that convey our coffee shop's unique identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various platforms including signs, banners, social media posts, website images, and more.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and able to manage your time and workload efficiently.
• Applicants who have these additional skills will be prioritized (photography, videography)
• Familiar with Squarespace, Figma, Canva, Keynote, and Google Suite
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
