We’ve successfully obtained an increase in budget from our Telecommunications client, so we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Associate or Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Texas.
You’ll support our clients in implementing sales, marketing, and promotions activities.
The ideal candidate will be trusted to use initiative and help build global brands. We’ll provide training in sales and business operations, as this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.
This is an entry-level position, so full training will be provided.
Nonetheless, previous experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development roles will be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Negotiate sales deals and review proposals
- Identify emerging trends and potential areas of growth
- Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Keen attention to detail, able to make key decisions and plan strategy based on existing data and forecasting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales techniques
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
- Manage existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
- Identify customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
- Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
