Job Description

Hatch showroom, one of the largest, most dynamic, successful fashion agencies in the US and global markets is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our exceptional teams!

We are expanding and looking for Junior Account Executives, as well as Account Executives to join our long standing New York Team.

We have had the privilege of building some of the most successful contemporary and young designer brands in the US as well as international markets. Some of our current brands include but are not limited to: James Perse, Aviator Nation, Madeworn, PE Nation, Banjanan, Roam and Zadig & Voltaire.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for maintaining and growing the business in a healthy and profitable way, overseeing all account management and prospecting new points of distribution
  2. strategic management and scaling
  3. Pulling sales each week tracking sales volume drivers and regular price sell through to ensure all end of season agreements are met while remaining as profitable as possible
  4. In-season inventory management between retail locations to optimize regular price selling
  5. Creating seasonal shipping flows for receipt forecasting
  6. Strategizing when to take EOS RTVs based on sales trends, seasonal performance, markdown dates and sample sale
  7. Preparing for all market appointments by reviewing SKU depth, past season best sellers, missed opportunities and areas for growth, optimal unit calculation.
  8. Maintaining depictions on retailer sites, ensuring all samples are shot accurately and in a timely manner and strategizing dates to load for pre order to maximize selling time
  9. Holding product knowledge meetings at local retailers
  10. Developing relationships for the brands with account buyers at department stores, boutiques and e-commerce sites
  11. Present sales/ marketing strategy, distribution, and projections.
  12. Continuously analyze sales numbers and strategize on the growth of business
  13. Creative integration of sales communication


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree

- proficient in retail math

- proficient in Microsoft Excel

-Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

-Ability to travel for sales related events during peak selling season
