Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis and engineering tasks.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources.
• Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and engineering.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data analysis libraries (e.g., SciPy, scikit-learn).
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the private equity commercial real estate industry.
• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
