The Mexican Restaurant Jr. Sous Chef Is a unique role:
The perfect candidate will embrace indigenous staples like corn, beans and chili peppers. They will be comfortable pairing savory sauces like Mole and Pico de gallo with the spices and flavors that make Mexican meals famous. This Culinarian will be more than a leader, they will be an artist. Painting plates with vibrant colors and flavors that bring the meal to life. As a Jr. Sous Chef, you will:
- Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members
- Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices
- Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking
- Have a keen sense of budget
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training
