Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Maintains documentation of problems and meets Service Level Agreement Requirements for calls answered and resolved.
  • Help provide technical assistance and support for Workflow Management services
  • Provide technical assistance and telephonic support for Service Desk to Intel Customers.
  • Monitor and support ticket workflows
  • Review, reconcile and support the management of tickets throughout their lifecycle
  • Helps coordinate with IT service providers and communicates outages and plans for recovery



Required Qualifications


  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • High School and 5 years of customer service or Associate’s degree and one year of Help Desk
  • One or more years of related experience and have IAT I 8570 Certification within 60 days of starting

Responsibilities


  • Conducting feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.
  • Consulting with users to identify needs and requirements.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software.
  • May be required to support DLA’s eProcurement system, a segment of its SAP-based enterprise resource planning system.
  • Performing backup and recovery operations.
  • Planning and analysis of work processes, researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents.
  • Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices.
  • Preparing business cases.
  • Developing and maintaining problem tracking databases.
  • Developing training materials and performing computing/information system training sessions.


Required Qualifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security)
  • ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP or CISSP Associate)
  • GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
  • Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
  • Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP-Security)
  • IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) background investigation
  • Must hold one of the following active certifications
  • ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED)
  • Secret Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ CE (Security+)
  • GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
  • EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
