20 Hours Weekly (7:30 am – 11:30 am – Monday thru Friday)

Position Description:
St. Edward High School has a fantastic opportunity available for a customer-focused professional to work part-time assisting with password reset, device rentals and repairs, and basic computer troubleshooting. The Help Desk employee works with all levels of faculty, staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications:
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, and understanding
- Troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, peripherals, and software
- Provide general IT assistance
- Provide clear and accurate explanations for technical solutions
- Repair Chromebooks and other devices as needed
- First line of support for all faculty, staff, student, and parent technology needs
- Escalate issues to level 2 support when needed
- Return emails and/or phone calls in a timely manner
- Contribute to weekly department meetings
- Complete other tasks as assigned
