Job Description
Fabletics is looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer.
How do you Fit in?
Fabletics is looking for a performance marketing Jr. Graphic Designer with a passion for creating ads that drive conversion to join the Marketing Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for creating digital assets, ads and landing pages for our acquisition marketing needs including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Youtube and streaming advertising campaigns.
The right candidate is strong in graphic design with a deep understanding of different social media and digital platforms. You are a quick learner that adapts the brand’s aesthetics while utilizing digital design best practices to create action-driven creative.

You will report to the ASSOCIATE ART DIRECTOR and partner closely with the ACQUISTION TEAM.
What you will do:
  • Drive concepts from ideation to execution with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create landing pages and iterate off winning landing page templates.
  • Create static and gif style ads for digital placements and social media platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing team to gain learnings from tests to determine creative decisions by building on winning formulas to get better results.
  • Resize existing digital assets to multiple different aspect ratios.
  • Complete assignments on time and accurately.
  • Keep up with paid social media and growth marketing trends. Have a willingness to share inspiration and updates with the team.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through completion.
  • Have a positive, proactive, self-starting attitude.
What you can bring:
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge and other graphic design programs.
  • Self-starter: resourceful, diligent, creative in problem-solving with high attention to detail, while also being aware of big picture needs.
  • Basic understanding of growth marketing terminology, or willingness to learn.
  • Clear communication and collaborative work style.
  • Knowledge of the Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok platforms including design trends and general tone of voice.
  • Understanding of design practices, file formats, file organization, etc.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Film, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent (or comparable work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience as a graphic designer in direct response advertising, marketing agency, growth team, social media, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design composition and typography with high attention to detail.
Nice to have, but we’ll teach you:
  • Experience with fashion, beauty, fitness or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to analyze data with marketing teams.
  • Landing page design experience within FIGMA.
  • Experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce business with a focus on paid advertising and performance marketing.

The hourly range for this position is from $24.18-31.72. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
