*Help improve data quality of CRM system – complete mini-projects as needed

*Help team migrate data from on-prem to Snowflake

Job Responsibilities:

*Data Analysis: Querying, analyzing, and reporting on data from in-house systems and external vendor data

*Data Validation and Data Quality: Supporting data quality initiatives through analysis of data. Identifying opportunities for improvement in data and data-related processes.

*Collaboration: Working with other members of the data management team and other teams to understand data requirements and provide analytic support.

*Data Visualization: Creating compelling visual representations of data using tools like Power BI and Tableau to effectively communicate insights.

*Documentation: Documenting data-related processes and structures to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing.

*Continuous Learning and Improvement: Keeping informed of the latest trends, tools, and techniques for data analysis. Actively seeking to improve skills of oneself as well as the team.

*Ad-Hoc Requests: Responding to requests from within the data management team and other teams seeking insight into the organization's data.

Background:

*Genuine passion/interested in data – digging into data and creating solutions

*1+ years of experience with relational databases

*1+ years of SQL experience

*1+ years of experience in a data-gathering role, conducting analysis, and generating reports

*Exposure to/strong understanding of reporting and visualization tools – PowerBI, Tableau etc.

*Basic/intermediate excel experience – vlook-ups, pivot tables, formulas etc.

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
