Position:Business Analyst

Location:Remote

Term:6+ months

Shifts:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):

• Attend all internal department and cross-functional meetings to map out and document process flows.

• Pulling reports to support the network performance advisers

Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

• Ensuring the job is done; Ask for help when needed early enough

Tell me about what their first day looks like:

• IT setup

• If there is enough time, the worker will sit with Lead Network Specialist to introduce the reporting metrics (ie: the specific type of reports)

What previous job titles or background work will in this role?

• Analytics BG, Program Management, Vizio will be helpful

Required Skills:

• Fairly well-versed in Excel
• Exp in Analytics (able to analyze data once pulling reports)
• Exp in creating process flows
• Min. 3 years experience

Preferred Skills:

• Vizio is a PLUS

Education Requirement:

• HS Diploma or equivalent

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Preferred

Software Skills Required:

• Excel
