Custom Computer Specialist is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to join our New England team based in Lincoln Rhode Island. This person will play a key role in complex technology projects for our clients. This person should be someone who loves to challenge themselves and will take ownership to assist with daily project production. This role is in person, Monday thru Friday from 8A-5P.
In this role, you will :
- Produce team schedules
- Effectively schedule all project work with clients
- Submit work orders to vendors
- Evaluating status updates from engineering teams and vendors to determine project status
- Develop various project documentation
- Tracking vendor work order status
- Support the team with reporting , program administration, which will include :
- Resource utilization reporting
- Project expense management and timesheet management
- Project status reporting
What you’ll need for this position :
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Outstanding communication skills
- Prior experience as a project coordinator
- Meticulous attention to detail
- PMI CAPM ( preferred)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to business plan changes and expectations
As additional projects and initiatives are brought into the group, this person will have the opportunity to assist or lead various projects.
