JOB SUMMARY:
The High End Tech Sales Analyst will report into the High End Tech Sales Director, responsible for sales and operational enablement for regional High End Sales teams. The primary focus of the High End Tech Sales Analyst is supporting the High End Field Sales structure, which includes supporting sales rep routing, monthly key performance indicators, and routine analytics/performance management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on volume, distribution, and other sales levers and clearly communicate findings and insights
  • Provide technical and analytical support to High End team members and support preparation of materials for Director and Senior Director teams’ weekly/monthly meetings
  • Daily tasks that will require agility and multi-tasking
  • Manage High End monthly routines including but not limited to Field Sales target setting, sales rep routing/account list management, and sales technology management
  • Be responsible for the backend data supporting regional High End Field Sales teams, manage routine data updates based on strategic needs, and provide technical support to team members
  • Conduct trainings for High End team members on technology usage and Tech Sales processes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and story-telling skills to effectively deliver insights & analysis
  • 2-3 years of experience selling/brewing in the High End beer/wine/spirits industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, experience using Excel and Microsoft PowerBI to analyze + visualize data inputs, and experience with 3rd party data providers – VIP, IRI, BIR, etc.
  • Motivated, self-starter, diligent, strong time/project management skills
  • Up to 10% travel required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to use data to deliver insights
