This particular position plays a key role in serving our esteemed clientele within the aviation sector.

Position Purpose:

In the capacity of Partner/Director, you will orchestrate our suite of ESG, Climate Change, and Sustainability initiatives catered to our aviation clients. Your contributions will be vital in steering these clients along their sustainability path, delivering adept counsel on optimizing their operations, amplifying ESG compliance, and effectuating potent management of climate change impacts.

Key Accountabilities:

Design and execute overarching ESG, Climate Change, and Sustainability strategies explicitly customized for our aviation clients.

Spearhead business cultivation endeavours within the aviation sector, pinpointing potential clients, fostering relationships, and securing novel consulting engagements.

Deliver thought leadership on ESG themes, the repercussions of climate change, and best practices in sustainability within the aviation industry's context.

Manage and nurture existing client partnerships, guaranteeing our consulting services consistently meet and surpass their evolving requirements.

Guide and inspire a team of consultants, fostering an environment of collaboration, ingenuity, and high performance.

Supervise the creation of client sustainability reports, ensuring comprehensive and accurate disclosure of ESG performance metrics.

Represent the firm in external gatherings, endorsing our expertise and building a robust professional network within the aviation sector.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a cognate discipline. An advanced degree in a relevant field is highly regarded.

A minimum of 7 years' experience in sustainability consulting, inclusive of 5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience in business cultivation and client procurement, particularly within the aviation industry, is indispensable.

Profound understanding of ESG principles, the challenges of climate change, and best practices in sustainability.

Exceptional leadership capabilities and team management skills, conjoined with an advanced acumen for business development.

Superlative communication skills, enabling the effective conveyance of intricate sustainability issues to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Familiarity with ESG reporting standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship management within a consulting environment.
