Position Summary:
As part of the IT Customer Success team at Prologis you will architect, plan, implement, operate, and document infrastructure related systems that align business and IT objectives. The projects for this position will mostly center around Microsoft core systems, but a working knowledge of SaaS & IaaS solutions, VMWare, storage, and networking is preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Document architecture and operations guides
  • Provide IT recommendations to solve business problems
  • Manage the full project life cycle for software deployments and reporting
  • Facilitate regular cross training to Tier 2 team members
  • Recommend and implement global architectural upgrades and changes
  • Design, implement, and support process improvement efforts for MDM and inventory tracking
  • Promote standardization using existing ITIL based processes
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of Microsoft clustering and Load Balancing (WNLB and F5’s)
  • Serve as Tier 3 support for, but not limited to, Active Directory core services, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, SSO/SAML, Azure, etc.
  • Create and manage DR plans
  • Assist in long-term roadmap development for the IT Infrastructure department
Essential Skills & Experience (4+ years):
  • Expertise in SPAM and virus solutions
  • Good understanding and experience in cloud computing-based services architecture, technical design and implementations including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Familiar with Malwarebytes, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Teams calling, Mimecast, and Palo Alto
  • Expertise with SSO solutions and SaaS email journaling
  • Experience with SOX and SEC regulations
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with a strong proclivity for entrepreneurial work
  • Customer focused and business communication skills with the ability to present to a myriad of audiences
  • Expertise with AD tools (PowerShell, resource pack, AD administrative tools, PowerGUI, log parser, support tools, pstools, process explorer, account lockout, robocopy, etc.)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Domain, Cognito authentication services
  • Expertise with SSL certificates (wild card, UCS, etc.)
  • Expertise with Office 365; including, but not limited to Exchange, AD, Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager (Intune), AD Tools, etc.
Hiring Salary Range of $95,000 - $130,000 . Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
