IT Administrator, EverCommerce - (Remote US/Canada)

We are looking for an IT Administrator to focus on our EverCommerce centralized functions and to support our users & devices to maintain the integrity of our corporate environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Image desktop and laptop computers for new employees
  • Manage physical and virtual servers, including backup and restore
  • Respond to helpdesk requests from corporate desktop users
  • Identify and source hardware and software solutions for corporate users
  • Manage vendors, including MSPs, cloud service providers, IT equipment suppliers, and software providers
  • Maintain corporate domains, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Active Directory
  • Support Windows and Office licensing
  • Manage corporate email using Office365
  • Derive requirements for new IT initiatives, and implement and manage solutions that meet these requirements
Experience and Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Windows environments, including both desktop support and servers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of certifications and experience that equate to a degree
  • Experience handling support tickets in an IT service desk environment
  • Comfortable working at a small dynamic company
  • 1+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Mac environments
  • Can use good judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
  • Ability to learn quickly

Must have working knowledge in:
  • Office365
  • Anti-virus
  • Regulatory auditing and document collection
  • Scripting in VBS and PowerShell
  • Intune Device Management / Desktop Imaging
  • Azure Active Directory

Nice to haves:
  • PCI-DSS and HIPAA auditing experience
  • Experience supporting a software development environment at a SaaS company
  • Server backup and restore
  • Working knowledge of network security, firewall and VPN configuration
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $55,000 and $60,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
