It Network System Administrator

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Experience with Windows 2016 & 2019 Server roles
• Operating the firewall for the organization
• Managing and maintaining the file servers
• Installing, troubleshooting and managing Microsoft products (Windows 7/10,11 and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
• Monitoring the internet connection for security risks
• Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors

• Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
• Experience with Office 365 and cloud solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting email related issues

• Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
• Network cabling and troubleshooting
• Other duties may be added as defined.
• Administering LAN/WAN security, antivirus and spam control measures
• Conduct daily network backup operation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems
• Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Customer Centric
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the IT Support field

• Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver
• Must have strong documentation skills
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• College degree in IT related field
• Must have strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills
• Must have the Ability to solve problems in stressful situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
