Position Responsibilities: Verifiable Active U.S. Government DoD Secret Security Clearance Required* U.S. Citizenship is Required to support United States Government Client Monitor network stability and performance to maintain continual operations. Perform initial triage and troubleshooting for network/systems issues, document steps taken and escalate to appropriate service support groups. Monitor Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) health and performance. Monitor server health, event logs, and performance counters. Follow System Operating Procedures (SOP). Open and track service tickets with WAN circuit vendors. Perform troubleshooting/problem resolutions on Wide Area Network (WAN) issues. Work with various types of network infrastructure and analysis tools such as Cisco Prime, Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco DNA Center, and Science Logic (SL1).
