Split is looking for an IT Manager who's excited to help us scale our IT Operations to support a growing base of teammates. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, maintain and optimize our IT systems and operations which enables our teammates to do their job without friction. You will need to partner with managers & teammates to ensure their day to day runs smoothly and seamlessly while working from the office as well as remotely.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of IT & Information Security. The ideal candidate will be based out of Redwood City, CA in a hybrid in-office and remote role.

  • Manage & Maintain Local Office Networks (Wired & Wireless)
  • Lead Internal IT Audits and Enforcement (Hardware, Software Updates, Password Policies, Device Security)
  • Oversee Onboarding & Off-boarding Employees
  • Office IT & Physical Security Fitout
  • Manage and Maintain SaaS Apps including implementing and proactive maintenance (Provisioning, Upgrades, Security, License Management)
  • Ensure compliance and continued evolution of our End User Training (Security Awareness)
  • Oversee Asset Management (Hardware Procurement, Provisioning, Deployment)
  • Act as a Mentor to our IT Team
  • Manage & Maintain Company Devices (Printers, Access Control & Surveillance, Zoom Rooms & MiFi's)
  • Manage and Maintain our IdP as the source of truth for Identity
  • Support & Maintenance for internal employees (Tier 2/3 Support Desk Tickets, Office A/V)

  • 5+ years work/professional experience required
  • Experience with MFA and SAML enabled applications via a SSO solution, preferably Okta
  • Adaptive and self motivated
  • This is a hybrid in-office and remote role. Candidates need to be located in the Redwood City, CA area.
  • At a minimum 1-2 times per week, be onsite at your assigned office during office operating hours (9AM-5PM, subject to change)
  • Willing to travel domestically & internationally to our global offices (up to 5% of the time)
  • Education/Training in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field required
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Experience with a MDM solution, preferably Jamf Pro + Apple DEP
  • Technical skills

US Pay Range

$150,000—$200,000 USD
