Then Heidi's GrowHaus and Lifestyle Gardens is searching for you to join our leadership team as our new Fine Gardening Operations Manager!

The Fine Gardening Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing and executing the overall operations and profitability of our fine gardening division. Leads and motivates fine gardening Crew Leads and Crew Members to ensure delighted clients and beautiful gardens. Shares in the vision to create edible gardens, pollinator-friendly habitat and embraces sustainable gardening practices.

Leadership

• Inspires and leads four Crew Leads and the entire fine gardening team
• Communicates clearly, provides ongoing feedback and creates a positive work environment
• Leads by example, invests in training and ensures team member development
• Participates in leadership decision making processes and helps define future strategy for the division
• Utilizes and analyzes data to support decision making

Fine Gardening Operations

• Manages horticultural supplies, tools and small equipment for the division
• Maintains systems and responsible for client billing processes
• Oversees day-to-day execution and holds team accountable for delivering results and following SOP
• Responsible for planning, forecasting and scheduling fine gardening crew maintenance and enhancement services

Client Experience

• Works closely with the team to ensure client gardens are maintained at or above Heidi’s Lifestyle standards
• Ensures internal processes and systems enhances the client experience
• Works with the Account Manager/Lead Designer to be the brand ambassador for Heidi’s Lifestyle Gardens and is committed to “wowing” all clients
• Responds quickly to client requests

Qualifications

·2years of account management or other relevant experience

·Horticulture knowledge

• AAS degree and/or Certification Horticulture Design – preferred

·Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

·Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

·Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

·Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Valid driver’s license
