Job Description
At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix, Google, Amazon), and we're seeking a Office Assistant to provide outstanding front desk customer service, balance incoming requests, streamline day-to-day operations, and jump in on special projects.

What You'll Do
  • Provide back-up support for property management teams as needed.
  • Greet and guide visitors, vendors, and clients as first point of contact in the office, providing front desk service in person and on the phone.
  • Streamline office operations including ordering food and supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and creating organizational systems.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
  • Assist with meetings and events including locations, catering, and greeting.
  • Drive the implementation of recycling and green initiatives throughout the office.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proactive and adaptable to frequent changes.
Salary Range: $26.00 to $29.00 an hour USD (subject to relevant experience)
