Job Description

Tyler Technologies Corporate IT System Infrastructure Team has a summer intern opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Intern. This position will work closely with the internal corporate IT team to support our internal IT infrastructure and various projects such as server maintenance and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve user issues that come into the helpdesk queue.
  • Research and work on special projects related to Tyler’s internal IT processes and hardware.
  • Work with IT and related Business Units on solution requirements

Qualifications

  • Exposure to AWS is helpful
  • Familiarity with operating systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to conduct independent research and present recommendations based upon findings.
  • SQL and/or PowerShell scripting experience is helpful
  • Familiar with system administration principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
