Program Experience

CSL Seqirus’ Internship is a hands-on experience that showcases the daily innovation and operations of a leading biotechnology company. Our environment is collaborative, global, and purpose-driven. The 12-week intern experience will immerse students in meaningful, thought-provoking projects that contribute to CSL's promise to save lives and protect the health of people around the world. In addition to making an impact, students will be developed personally and professionally while cultivating meaningful relationships. As a co-op, you will have the opportunity to participate in leadership & development seminars, a structured mentorship program, community service, and team-building activities designed specifically for you.

Main Responsibilities

This position will report to the Executive Director, Medical Affairs and will be located in Summit, New Jersey. The role will support the CSL Seqirus Medical Affairs team and their stakeholders.

• Attend pertinent meetings to learn the various aspects of Seqirus Medical Affairs.
• Evaluate medical literature surveillance on recent publications focusing on influenza.
• Help with the day-to-day operational aspects of medical affairs.
• Organize medical materials to help optimize medical training on Seqirus vaccines.
• Contribute to the development/editing of medical-to-medical education content/prepare/edit presentations.
• Assist with the communication of the scientific platform for all Seqirus vaccines.
• Assist with execution of Influenza related educational projects and platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enrolled in a 4-Year University with progression toward an Undergraduate degree in Life Sciences, preferred in a pre-professional health program (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing etc.) Graduation years: 2024, 2025
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities, is a self-starter, and keen on knowing when to work independently and collaboratively
• Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
